Job Title and Overview:


Role:
_Marketing Support Consultant_


Marketing Support:


  • Monitor and manage social media channels such as Facebook & Instagram.
  • Replying to comments on Facebook.
  • Responsible for Onboarding Clients (Webchat, WhatsApp & Facebook Messenger).
  • Responsible for creating and assigning new leads from communication channels, Facebook & WhatsApp, to the Onboarding Team.

Additional Assistance:


  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries to the Client Success Group Department received via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and/or conversations box.
  • Responsible for assigning Onboarding assessments to consultants.
  • Responsible for managing unassigned messages in the Onboarding WhatsApp conversation box.
  • Responsible for Internal Referrals. (Ensuring they are loaded correctly, sending out communication to clients and obtaining reviews).

Experience & Requirements:


  • Experience in using Facebook Business Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment.
