Annual Plan & Budget Develop, implement and execute SGAP, in line with national sales strategy and market developments, in order to set realistic sales goals and contribute to a realistic National Sales Plan.


New Business:


Identify and target prospects with customized propositions as well as coordinate implementation of contract, in line with national sales strategy, personal SGAP and GSP, in order to close new profitable business and increase the national sales revenue.


Account Management:


Develop and maintain customer relationships, in line with SLA and customer needs, to enhance client portfolio, safeguard sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.


Credit Management:


Check and monitor creditworthiness of new customers, in line with GSP, credit management policy and in cooperation with the finance department, in order to minimize business risks.


Business Solutions:


Identify and initiate new opportunities to meet customer/prospect needs, in cooperation with Business Solutions departments, IT and OPS, in order to be able to meet customers current and future needs.


Management Information:


Submit management information related to performance as well as the opportunity pipeline for assigned accounts, to enable the NSM to steer and take corrective actions if applicable.


Applicant's profile:

Bachelor working and thinking level5-10 years of experience with documented sales record.

Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Excellent negotiation & presentation techniques.

Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns.

Fluent in local language and profound English skills.
