    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth in chemical products within the designated region, managing and expanding the customer base, building strong relationships with key clients, and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the region
    • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Provide technical product support and training to customers as needed
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products

    Requirements:
