Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe swimming pool area, constantly monitoring activities to prevent accidents.
• Erect and secure umbrellas properly, tidying them away when not in use to ensure guest safety.
• Employ rescue techniques to assist swimmers in distress, utilizing your lifeguard license and first aid certification.
• Identify potential hazards, unusual or unsafe behaviors, and struggling swimmers, reporting incidents to management immediately.
• Participate in regular safety training and certifications as required by management.
• Provide emergency care until medical services arrive.

Essential Qualifications

• Lifeguard License and First Aid Certificate.
• 1-2 years' experience as a lifeguard in a hotel or club setting.
• Excellent swimmer with basic schooling.
• Self-confidence, motivation, drive, and tenacity.
• Anticipation and focus on guest needs, professionalism, and warmth.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
