Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Supervisor to join our team.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the administration team, ensuring process adherence and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.

We are a leading skilled-trade company specializing in compliance certifications, electrical, plumbing, gas, electric fence installations and maintenance, as well as pest control solutions.

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Operations Director and collaborates closely with other team members to achieve company objectives.
Oversee and supervise the daily aspects involved in supervising staff, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Lead and motivate office staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff, promoting their growth and development.
Implement existing operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
Act as a point of contact for escalated client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role for at least 2 years (nonnegotiable)
Supervisory certificate or diploma will be a strong advantage
Driver's license
Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective problemsolving and decisionmaking skills to address operational challenges.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
Proficient in using various software packages to manage operations efficiently
A customercentric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
