    About this Role

    We are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To train employees and clients on various topics, including electrical engineering and safety protocols.
    • To create educational materials, such as presentations, videos, and workbooks, to support training sessions.
    • To design and lead training courses, workshops, and seminars.
    • To develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees and clients.
    • To conduct training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness.
    • To mentor employees and provide ongoing support and guidance.

    Core Competencies:

    • Knowledge of submission of Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

    Requirements:

    • Certificate of competency on Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator.
    • Accreditation by the National Artisan Moderating Body (NAMB) as an Assessor.
    • Certificate in Occupational Directed Education, Training and Development Practices (desirable).

    Experience:

    • 5 years industry work experience, with at least 2 years in a training instructor, assessor, and moderator role.
    • Experience working with the SETAs.
    • Experience in submission of Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.

    Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
