Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:


  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Research potential new customers and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Foster a strong understanding of customer needs and customisation requirements.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, prices, and payment terms.
  • Build relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Track, analyse, and report sales performance.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Growing and building a sales and distribution team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with other departments, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Assisting with managing inventory and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
