Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a related industry
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Research potential new customers and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Foster a strong understanding of customer needs and customisation requirements.
- Negotiate sales contracts, prices, and payment terms.
- Build relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Track, analyse, and report sales performance.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
- Growing and building a sales and distribution team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with other departments, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Assisting with managing inventory and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
