Hands of Compassion is a Christian NPO looking for a Maintenance Manager.

The position will be responsible for:
a. The maintenance and upkeep of HOC's buildings, facilities, tools and equipment. b. Daily supervising and management of the program residents working in the maintenance team c. The oversight and maintenance of HOC's assets, fixtures and equipment, security gates and motors, electrical, plumbing, pumps, blowers. d. The oversight of HOC security and the maintenance of HOC security systems through the outsourced security company. e. Assist the Grounds Manager with the maintenance of the water and waste water systems. Qualifications required

• Valid driver's license is essential. Must be a confident driver who drives regularly. Will be required to pass the internal HOC driving test.
• Matric
• English and at least one other South African language Experience required
• A Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a general maintenance supervisor Computer Literacy Required

Ability to commute/relocate:

• JHB, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
