Financial Data Capturer (Underwriting)

Location:
Woodstock, Cape Town

Salary:
R7000 - R8500 per month

Requirements:

3+ years' experience as a Data Capturer
Financial tertiary qualification advantageous
Previous Banking experience within a Retail Banking environment advantageous
Processing Centre / Data Capture exposure
Strong financial acumen (understanding and working knowledge of debit and credit)
Ability to analyze / understand and interpret information from bank statements
Accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Adherence to turnaround times
Proficient in Excel
Strong Organizational Skills
Systems driven

Responsibilities:

Capturing of Applications - company / owner information into CRM system
Capture bank statement information into CRM system;
Capturing merchant income
Capturing gross turnover (including the addition of gross turnover from the bank statements monthly (accurately and completely))
Capturing the number of unpaid / excesses noted on the bank statements
Capturing of rental payments noted on the bank statements
