Reception/Night Audit
We are currently seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as a Reception/Night Audit.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 1.

Reception/Night Audit Duties:
_

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently.
  • Perform night audit functions, including reconciling accounts and generating reports.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • 2.

Computer Literacy:
_

  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • 3.

Guest Interaction and Relationship Building:
_

  • Exhibit a warm and welcoming demeanour during guest interactions.
  • Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Respond to guest needs and requests with a customerfocused approach.
  • 4.

Qualifications and Skills:
_

  • Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
  • Hotel Front Office/Reception experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a wellspoken and articulate manner.
  • Energetic and personable, with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
  • 5.

Learning and Adaptability:
_

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
  • Strong listening skills and the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detailoriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience:


This position requires a minimum qualification of Grade 12, with a strong emphasis on computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in Hotel Front Office/Reception is advantageous.
