- Identify new retail sites and expansion opportunities for our client Group brands in South Africa and neighbouring countries.
- Negotiate to secure prime locations for all our client Group brands.
- Collaborate with teams for feedback on new store proposals.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine market opportunities and merchandise mix for each store.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions for new stores and offices.
- Ensure timely lease renewals and compliance.
- Address maintenance issues and resolve queries from landlords.
- Tertiary degree preferred (Financial, Legal, Property Management, etc.)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in property development or retail property management, with a preference for retail development experience.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficiency in understanding and negotiating lease terms
