    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the retail motor industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to provide personalized service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers and capture relevant information to ensure their needs are addressed.
    • Check vehicles in with clients and follow up on parts ordered and bookings.
    • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle.
    • Handle customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    • Make out job cards accurately and timeously and put them through for costing.
    • Arrange hire vehicles for customers and obtain necessary authority.
    • Collect payments from customers prior to handing back vehicles.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent service by understanding customer needs, providing advice, and offering solutions. They will work closely with the Service Manager and Foreman to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge and experience in the retail motor industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literacy and basic computer skills.
    • A valid driver's license and a valid Matric Certificate.
    • ASE Certification (desirable).

    Salary Range

    R300 000 - R450 000 per annum depending on experience.
