Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a skilled Crane Millwright to join their mining team in Mpumalanga. As a Crane Millwright, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of cranes and related equipment used in mining operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and inspect cranes and related equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Replace or repair defective parts as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance
• Document and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in crane maintenance

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Millwright Trade Test
• 5 years' experience as a Crane Millwright within the mining industry
• Knowledge of crane systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, as well as mechanical.
• Familiar with crane manuals, drawings, and specifications
