LEARNERSHIP CONTRACT 1 YEAR
Stipend R 3000 per month

Maintenance worker for busy grocery store

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Install appliances and equipment. Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing the lawn, collecting trash etc. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation. Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm). Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations. Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues. Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Maintain a clean workspace. Operating all kinds of equipment required for maintenance e.g. power tools. Generating reports for stock control. Clean working area, equipment and tools before and after use. Understanding and implementation of safety practices. Repairs and replacement of defect switches, plugs, fused lights and all related equipment

Garden Maintenance. Painting
Must have minimun 5 yrs experience
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must have matric and South African ID
