    As an Account Manager at Ticketpro, youll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform. Youll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
    • Understand clients business objectives and challenges, and provide strategic guidance and support to help them achieve success.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, helping them navigate the Ticketpro platform and troubleshoot any issues or challenges.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and priorities.
    • Monitor client performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns raised by clients and ensure timely resolution.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.
