    This is a Key Position within the organization that will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead dealership new vehicle sales management teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
    • Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dealership new vehicle sales management within the automotive industry.
    • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • A diploma in business management or marketing management is advantageous.
    • Strong working knowledge of automotive sales management disciplines.
    • The ability to provide at least 6 months' proof of department performance.
    • Contactable references.

    Compensation Package:

    • A competitive basic salary ranging from R 30,000 to R 35,000 based on experience.
    • Incentives and benefits.
    • A company vehicle.
