    Key Responsibilities:

    Payroll Management

    • Oversight of the full payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
    • Maintenance of payroll records to ensure statutory compliance.
    • Resolution of payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

    Leave Administration

    • Administration and management of employee leave records.
    • Accurate tracking and reporting of leave balances.
    • Support for employees with leave-related inquiries and applications.

    Benefit Administration

    • Administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Accurate enrolment and maintenance of benefit records.
    • Information and support provided to employees regarding their benefits.

    Recruitment Assistance

    • Support for the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
    • Assistance with onboarding and orientation of new employees.

    Employee Wellness

    • Development and implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives.
    • Organization of wellness activities and events.

    HR Reports Compilation

    • Compilation and analysis of HR reports related to leave and time & attendance.
    • Accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics.

    Performance Management

    • Support for the performance management process, including performance reviews and appraisals.
    • Tracking and reporting on performance management metrics.

    Staff Surveys

    • Administration of staff surveys to gather feedback on various workplace aspects.

    Compliance Reporting

    • Preparation and submission of compliance reports as required.
    • Maintenance of accurate records of compliance activities.

    Minimum qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and proficiency in payroll software – SAGE 300.
