    We are seeking a Business Development Marketing Leader to join our team at The Working Earth.

    Job Summary

    The Business Development Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, budgeting, product launches, and packaging. They will also optimize product profitability and conduct market analysis, initiate packaging and brand product development, execute communication strategies, advertising campaigns, and competitor reviews, foster interdepartmental collaboration, and implement advertising campaigns and awareness drives.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to lead business development initiatives and drive growth for our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement brand strategies, budgeting, product launches, and packaging.
    • Optimize product profitability and conduct market analysis.
    • Initiate packaging and brand product development.
    • Execute communication strategies, advertising campaigns, and competitor reviews.
    • Foster interdepartmental collaboration and implement advertising campaigns and awareness drives.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • BCom Honours in Marketing or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager from the FMCG/Beverage space.
    • Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of volumes and economics.
    • Ability to manage P&L and budgets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
