Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: 10% - Develop and implement effective project plans to achieve organizational goals.
2. Clinical Care: 40% - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
3. Basic Care and Rehabilitation: 10% - Assist patients with basic care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
4. Health Promotion and Wellness: 10% - Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and promote wellness.
5. Adherence Support: 5% - Assist patients with medication adherence and provide support for disease management.
6. Human Development: 10% - Promote human development through education, training, and support.
7. Quality Assurance: 5% - Monitor and improve the quality of care provided by the team.
8. Recordkeeping and Data Collection: 5% - Maintain accurate records and collect data for performance evaluation.
9. Administration: 5% - Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and documentation.

Requirements:

• Certified Copy of ID
• Matric Certificate
• Driver's License
• Diploma in General Nursing
• Desirable: Diploma in Nursing (General, Midwifery, Psychiatry, Community Health)
• Certificate of Registration with SANC
• Willingness to use own vehicle for work-related matters
