Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
