An innovative AI-driven solutions business is seeking a Full Stack JavaScript NodeJS Developer to work on AI-focused products for the US market.

This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting robust high-volume production systems, while playing a lead role within the development team. The systems are large-scale applications utilizing various tools, technologies, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and program server-based applications
Lead commercial development efforts with at least 8 years of experience
Apply full-stack JavaScript expertise, particularly in Node.JS
Utilize advanced client-side JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (preferred), React, Vue, or Ember
Create web and mobile user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and other relevant technologies
Work with NoSQL tools like MongoDB (preferably) or Couchbase
Maintain sound knowledge of database design and management principles
Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet organizational needs and goals
Show persistence, drive, and determination to overcome challenges
Make informed choices and set priorities to align with the organization's mission
Demonstrate passion for solving complex problems

This is a permanent position based in Johannesburg, with the option for 100% remote work. A cost-to-company salary of R1.2 million per annum is offered.
