RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Staff complement +- 300

Business entities +-6


Key Performance Areas:


  • Ensure all HRrelated paperwork is compiled with a sense of urgency and perfection
  • Create contracts of employment
  • Ensure all new hires are allocated to the correct budget and company
  • Capture the data, for all companies, and share it with Head Office / Payroll for processing.
  • Manage and approve the leave of all employees. Check that the submissions are correct and based on BCEA requirements. If not, communicate and instruct for the correct information.
  • Keep softcopy employee files updated.
  • General administration includes:
  • Confirmation of employment
  • Visa letters
  • BYOD Contracts
  • Advances/loans
  • Maternity Leave
  • Staff queries
  • Garnishees
  • Filing
  • Loading of banking details
  • Manage incoming resignations by:
  • Noting the relevant information for payroll capturing.
  • Collecting the necessary documentation for payroll / HO
  • Capture the payroll input sheet for all companies.
  • Approve the payroll input for all companies for approval.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Manage and input for increases and bonuses.
  • Work alongside the Finance department, to obtain commissionable earnings insight for capturing.
  • Work alongside Head Office and keep them updated on internal movements.

Minimum Qualification

  • Matric
  • HR Diploma

Minimum Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR administration.

Office Requirements:


  • Workfromoffice environment.
  • Semiformal dress code.
  • Working hours are from 08:00 17:00.
  • Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
  • Reliable transport to and from the office.

Note:

  • Follow through with a 3month probation review which will be scheduled by Human Resources monthly.
  • You will be required to perform such duties as reasonably required by the business. Your job description may be amended from time to time if it is valid and reasonable.
  • You will serve the Company or any Associated Entity in such capacity as management may reasonably require.
  • Duties must be performed' faithfully, diligently and to the best of your abilities. You agree to use your best endeavors to promote the best interests of the Company and any Associated Entity.
  • You may be required within reason, to work outside of set duties and/or perform in more than one role.
