Divisional Sales Manager FMCG / Food & Bev /Agri ~ ICT ~ Retail

Durban - Kwa Zulu Natal - South Africa


You will report to the KZN Regional Executive and will be expected to provide the full range of brand-related sales and business development functions, whilst managing a group of external sales representatives.

Devise and implement a regional sales strategy in the office product industry, driving electronic trading.


Essential criteria:

  • Relevant B Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of the office product industry will be an advantage.
years of experience in a similar position.

  • Ability to manage budgets to reach financial targets.
  • Ability to think strategically, optimise opportunities and can translate such into operational plans.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lead a team yet work independently and flexibly.
  • Extensive experience in the management of a large sales force.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker.
  • Ability to performance manage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite with aboveaverage Excel skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Good reportwriting and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel when required.
