Divisional Sales Manager FMCG / Food & Bev /Agri ~ ICT ~ RetailDurban - Kwa Zulu Natal - South Africa
You will report to the KZN Regional Executive and will be expected to provide the full range of brand-related sales and business development functions, whilst managing a group of external sales representatives.
Essential criteria:
- Relevant B Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of the office product industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage budgets to reach financial targets.
- Ability to think strategically, optimise opportunities and can translate such into operational plans.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead a team yet work independently and flexibly.
- Extensive experience in the management of a large sales force.
- Entrepreneurial thinker.
- Ability to performance manage.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite with aboveaverage Excel skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Good reportwriting and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel when required.
