    Job Summary:

    The Sales Development Representative plays a crucial role in identifying and generating sales opportunities through proactive outreach efforts. To be successful in this position, you must be able to work well under pressure, think creatively, and establish rapport with prospects via phone conversations. Additionally, you should possess the ability to assess a company's needs and tailor your approach to each prospect.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential B2B clients in the US market and build a robust database of leads
    • Pursue outbound communication through various channels, including cold calls and email campaigns, to generate interest in our products and services
    • Conduct thorough research to qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points
    • Nurture meaningful conversations with prospects to drive sales decisions
    • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads to advance the sales pipeline
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the Sales team
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion
    • Develop a sales-qualified lead data set through lead generation and research using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or equivalent tools

    Desired Qualifications and Experience

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales development
    • Proven track record in B2B sales within the technology or recruitment industry
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Customer Service, or Telemarketing
    • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar software
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and booking sales meetings
    • Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong work ethic
    • High level of integrity and commitment to excellence
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
