    Shaping Marketing Strategy and Execution

    The Marketing Manager / Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, advising the business on brand development, and managing relationships with advertising agencies and designers.

    This is a half-day, in-office position that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Brand Refresh & Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
    2. Agency and Vendor Management: Establish and manage relationships with external partners to optimize marketing spend and outcomes.
    3. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
    4. Advisory Role: Work closely with senior leadership to advise on marketing strategies and business opportunities that elevate the brand and optimize marketing spend.
    5. Content Creation & Direction: Develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.
    6. Market Research & Insights: Gather and analyze market data to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
    7. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive future improvements.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a specialist role.
    2. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
    5. Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.
    6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
    7. Creativity and a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
    8. Ability to work collaboratively, while also managing external partnerships.
    9. Familiarity with marketing tools and software for campaign management, analytics, and reporting.

    This role may suit a marketing professional who wants to leverage their skills on a part-time basis or scale down from a full-time corporate marketing role while still achieving job fulfillment.
