Full-time (Work from Home Position)


Shift Time: 18:00 - 02:00 (6pm - 2am SAST)

Required Qualifications

  • 23 years in a call center industry
  • Must be able to legally work in South Africa.
  • Additional languages may be an advantage.
  • Fiber Internet Connection
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office/Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
  • Operating knowledge of Standard Office Equipment

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Research information based on verification/reference orders
  • Maintain/Order processing (manual, electronic within databases)
  • Data entry on orders/spreadsheets
  • Answering incoming telephone calls with high level of customer service
  • Coordinate to meet all required TAT and SLA's
  • Analyze and accurately determine based on reports if order meets client's criteria for positive results
  • Fulfill orders with 100% accuracy / Ensure accuracy of reports/results being sent to the client
  • Maintaining high level of professionalism with ISB clients, vendors, and staff
  • Adhere to all privacy polices (internal and legal) when dealing with sensitive information
  • Able to adapt and learn multiple technologies used to service clients
  • Provide accurate information and/or troubleshooting assistance to any client or caller
  • Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly goals and expectations are met
  • Attend meetings, training, seminars, and events assigned by the Team Lead and/or Operations Manager

Salary:
R12,075.00 per month
