A leading supplier in the clothing industry seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In Office duties:
Action order amendments with customers on behalf of the warehouse
- brand and private label

Arranging and sending bulk production samples to customers
Arrange for BPS to be sealed by retailers for all orders
Raising orders with customers on the template images of styles units and prices and dates confirmed
Double check stock purchase orders received
Packing slips (amending of packing slips adding inspection notes and delivery month for each order on the packing slip).
Updating catalogues (on a weekly basis when orders are raised and stock levels change) brand and private Label
Updating of the brand production schedule for the branded ranges, sending it to factory and following up on when parcels are sent
Updating of the brand production schedule following up on when parcel are sent
Track the parcels sent out by suppliers and advise on updates.
Ordering of wash cares labels when needed
Order of hangers stickers when needed
Order price of the trader plus if needed

Warehouse duties:

Updating the order tracker for brand and Private label.
Issuing order copies to the DC on a monthly basis for brand and Private label ,with full delivery instruction
Assist in planning reprocessing and delivery of orders.
Attending warehouse queries and filtering through to office team
Booking the retail customers DC dates
Liaise with the CMT when goods go out for refinishing do cut sheets for goods that need to go out.
Send delivery updates to the customers
Arrange seals with Private label and send to the DC in time for delivery
