Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for a Head of Talent Management & Learning and Development to take charge of integrating the learning & organisational development agenda.

You will be the driving force behind creating fungibility in business skills, building a robust succession plan strategy, and transforming careers for key talents.

Additionally, you'll develop, establish, and drive talent acquisition strategy for the organisation, building a high-quality talent pipeline to enable growth and strategy implementation.

With your help, our client will create a strong approach to building a good and sustainable employer brand.

You will be responsible for making key decisions around social media platforms, institutions/channels for sourcing, talent management architecture and processes, senior leadership capability development program design


Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead in developing the talent & learning architecture, in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Partner with Function Heads and HR BPs for talent identification, talent Assessments, talent review board discussions, identification, and execution of talent actions & senior leaders career management
  • Lead the rollout of leadership development & talent processes for all levels of hierarchy in a phased manner as per the organizational mandate.
  • Establish systems and processes to keep the Talent & Learning Management practices aligned to the Overall HR agenda
  • Create and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy by hiring the right talent to enable the organizations growth and strategy implementation

Requirements:


To be eligible, a degree in Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or Talent Management, with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a similar role, is a must.
