- Ergonomic Incident Investigations
- Training on Ergonomics and Key standards
- Ergonomic Risk Reduction Plant Activities
- Plant Communication and Awareness
- Support in Projects and Ergonomic Design Compliance
- Minimum NQF Level 8 Post Graduate Qualification in Ergonomics.
- Sound understanding of Ergonomics principles, OHS Act & regulations.
- Experience in ergonomic improvement projects in an industrial environment will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of the OHS Act no. 85 of 1993 and Regulations and the Ergonomic Regulations.
- Strong computer skills (particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Accident / root cause analysis skills.
- Presentation / training skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with highly motivated approach.
