Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Registration certificate received, signed, outstanding certificate list updated and checked against the electronic database and files
Certificates scanned and attached to electronic database
Follow up on outstanding matters
Information checked against Patricia and updated with changes/corrections
Assist with preparing publications for South Africa

Matric
Secretarial Diploma (an advantage)
Computer literate in MS Office Suite which include Excel
Good Communication skills
Fully conversant in English
Keep excellent diary
Require a person with excellent spelling skills
Extremely accurate
Knowledge of Patricia
Responsible person with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Ability to prioritise and learn systems
Good organisational skills and a very meticulous person
