Life Claims Administrator - Johannesburg

AllLife is looking for passionate and energetic Claims Administrator with experience in Long Term Insurance.

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Claims Administrator who would like to grow and develop their claims experience and knowledge within a unique, dynamic and fast changing organisation.

Purpose of the Role

  • Obtain required information form external companies or third party institutions
  • Provide concise feedback to AllLife clients regarding the status of their claim
  • Working together with management, reinsurers and insurer to provide the most suitable outcomes on claims
  • Provide support and guidance to our clients throughout the claim process

Requirements:


  • The individual must have at least 12 years' experience as an
    Individual Life Claims Administrator.
  • Good level of communication (both written and verbal)
  • Good judgement and decisiveness
  • Must have a Matric, an Insurance qualification / FAIS Credits / Regulatory Exam would be an advantage.
  • Must be Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • High School (matric) (required)

Experience:


  • Individual Life claims administrator: 1 year (required)
