Life Claims Administrator - Johannesburg
AllLife is looking for passionate and energetic Claims Administrator with experience in Long Term Insurance.
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Claims Administrator who would like to grow and develop their claims experience and knowledge within a unique, dynamic and fast changing organisation.
Purpose of the Role
- Obtain required information form external companies or third party institutions
- Provide concise feedback to AllLife clients regarding the status of their claim
- Working together with management, reinsurers and insurer to provide the most suitable outcomes on claims
- Provide support and guidance to our clients throughout the claim process
Requirements:
- The individual must have at least 12 years' experience as an
Individual Life Claims Administrator. - Good level of communication (both written and verbal)
- Good judgement and decisiveness
- Must have a Matric, an Insurance qualification / FAIS Credits / Regulatory Exam would be an advantage.
- Must be Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (required)
Experience:
- Individual Life claims administrator: 1 year (required)
