Half-day position (08h00 - 13h00) available in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands for highly computer literate (MS Office/Word/Outlook) administrator with practical, hands-on experience in property management, and:

  • strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer service and managing complaints
- basic procurement, bookkeeping administration and cash handling experience
- the ability to manage a small team, allocate duties and ensure their completion
- the skills to assess property damage, carry out basic maintenance and repairs and engage the services of contractors in the case of larger issues
- be consultative and approachable to tennants, clients, contractors and management
- problem-solving skills and experience maintaining and managing properties
- reside in Howick/Hilton area and be prepared to attend to after hours call-outs when required.
