    Job Title: Office Administrator

    Our company, Talentsphere Pty Ltd, is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Office Administrator.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A minimum qualification of Matric or higher, coupled with relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
    • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
    • Proficiency in computer software, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as experience with Accpac would be advantageous.
    • Excellent attention to detail, strong administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing are essential.
    • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Managing all aspects of office administration, including liaising with suppliers and clients, ordering raw materials, processing orders and quotes, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Providing administrative support to the Sales and Production teams, as required.
    • Typing up letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Maintaining office systems, ensuring that all information is accurately stored and easily accessible.
    • Carrying out additional duties as assigned by management.
