    Description

    Business Development and Sales Strategy Executive

    To drive revenue growth and expand market share within the logistics and freight forwarding industry, we seek an experienced Business Development and Sales Strategy Executive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business sales strategy to optimize revenue growth and increase market share.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create short- and long-term plans for securing new business opportunities of substance.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the national sales team to penetrate the market using our existing product offerings.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, applications, and emerging threats, identifying opportunities that enable us to develop innovative products and services.
    • Foster a high-performance culture of winning, positioning our company as a dynamic sales force in the industry.

    Qualifications:

    A higher tertiary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
