    Matric and - 3 years internal sales experience
    Individual MUST reside on the East Rand
    Strong computer literacy skills

    This role requires a combination of administrative skills, customer care abilities, and a knack for new business development.

    The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the growth of our client base.


    Administration:
    Efficiently handle the filing of sales orders and maintain organized records

    Prepare and distribute documentation to both current and prospective clients, including BEE certificates, banking letters, credit applications, and company profiles.

    Manage inquiries, process sales orders using Pastel software, and provide timely and accurate quotes to customers.
    Assist in scheduling meetings for Sales Representatives and maintaining their calendar.
    Monitor deliveries, follow up on orders, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
    Track sales targets for Sales Representatives and provide regular updates.


    Customer Care:
    Proactively engage with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
    Conduct courtesy calls to maintain strong relationships with clients and assess their stock needs
    Stay informed about new or ongoing projects with clients and provide support as needed
    Keep clients informed about the status of their orders and address any queries or issues promptly


    New Business Development:
    Conduct cold calling to potential clients and follow up on leads to identify new business opportunities
    Arrange meetings with potential clients and Sales Representatives to discuss products and services
    Utilize social media platforms for networking and building relationships with potential leads
    Continuously work on building and nurturing relationships with new prospects to expand the client base


    Skills Required:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and data management
    Background in administrative tasks, with experience in handling filing, documentation, and record-keeping
    Familiarity with Pastel software for sales order processing is advantageous
    Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
    Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong customer focus
    Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
    Prioritize the urgency of clients' needs and address them accordingly
    Proficiency in social media platforms for networking and business development
    Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
