    Finance Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the finance department strategy to meet business requirements and customer deliverables.
    • Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Identify, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with company accounting and administrative policies and practices.
    • Manage internal controls, drive cash flow improvement, and ensure tax regulations compliance.
    • Provide leadership in the finance department, implementing efficient processes and effective controls.
    • Respond to financial inquiries, provide financial advice, and prepare special reports.
    • Review source documents for compliance, plan and implement financial controls, and develop financial policies.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must be qualified chartered accountants or possess relevant qualifications in accounting/finance.
    • A strong background in managing teams and driving business growth is essential.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
