Our client offering Courier services is looking for Customer Service Agents to join their Team located near Cape Town airport.

Someone who is customer focus and experience with customer services within Logistics and Supply chain.


Requirements:


  • Customer Services experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused & sales orientated
  • Peoples' person
  • Ability to do needs analysis & explain service/rates
  • Ability to take Initiative
  • Passion, energy, desire & runway (ability to grow)
  • Experience in logistics / courier industry or dealing with courier companies
  • Geographical knowledge of SA
  • Driver's license (essential) & own reliable vehicle
  • Wellgroomed and presentable
  • PC Experience (Email/Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Freightware experience & OMS knowledge advantageous
