Minimum Requirements
Grade (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification); A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.
RecommendationRelevant exposure/experience in a library environment.
Key Performance AreasAdministrative support to the region and affiliated public libraries; Provide asset control support services; Provide personnel administration support services within the office; Provide financial administration support services in the regional office.
CompetenciesKnowledge of the following : Computerised Library Management system (SLIMS); Asset management. Skills in the following: Written and verbal communication; Computer skills in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc); Planning and organising; Interpersonal relations; Teamwork.
RemunerationR per annum (Salary level 5)

NotesShortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting.
