Position:
Foreman

Location:
Brummeria, Pretoria East.


Salary:
Negotiable (Salary based on experience and skill level)


Requirements:


  • Minimum requirement of Grade 12/Std. 10 or Equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the Road Construction or Road Rehabilitation construction field, with 7 or more years of experience in Construction Supervisory roles.
  • Valid Code 10/C1 driver's license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in equipment supervision and conducting inspections on work sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction activities onsite, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules.
  • Lead and motivate construction crews to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
