    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PerformIT Personnel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through a combination of manual and automated testing approaches.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Automated Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Cucumber, collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans, execute automated tests, and analyze results to identify and report software defects.
    - Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios, conduct usability testing to ensure a positive user experience, and document and report bugs with clear, reproducible steps.
    - General: Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, collaborate with the development team to improve overall software quality, and assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

    Requirements:
    - Grade 12 (Matric) + Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Software Testing, or similar, ISTQB certification or equivalent will be advantageous, minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Software Tester, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
