Description
Our client a leader in the foodservice distribution and supply are currently recruiting for an Admitted Attorney (Labour Relations). The aim of this role is to manage the full Labour Relations/Human Capital function for the allocated branches.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • The role will be a Human Capital Generalist role with a specialized focus in IR/ER.
  • The IR/ER specialization will involve attending internal and external disputes as the internal expert in this area.
  • Minimizing internal disputes through ER management.
  • Developing ER/IR/Employment Law training material based on identified needs.
  • Coordinating and managing IR/ER training via trainthetrainer method through other HR Practitioners in the business.
  • Litigating from CCMA to Labour Court when necessary.

Qualifications required:

  • Relevant legal qualification.
  • Admitted Attorney.
  • Must have experience in dealing with labour matters.

Salary:
R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
