THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE


We are looking for a skilled Workshop Foreman to oversee a dynamic service department, leading a team of Technicians and Apprentices.

Your responsibilities will include typical Technician duties alongside production planning, improving efficiency, meeting objectives, handling customer relations, and maintaining workshop functionality.

Strong mentorship skills are needed as you will be supported by an Assistant, as well as a good grip on diagnostics and 3 years of experience as a Foreman in a volume brand Workshop.


Job Requirements
Must be a Qualified Motor Technician

Motor Mechanics Certificate

A valid Drivers License

Must have at least 3 years of Foreman/Team Leader experience in a franchised motor dealership (Japanese Brand preferred)

Good understanding of diagnostics

Good mentoring skills

Excellent Problem Solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate (A DMS is highly advantageous)

A stable work history

Reliable and contactable references
