    Job Title: Sales Executive

    The primary objective of this role is to achieve revenue targets for Peermont Hotels and conference centers in a designated portfolio.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Source transient business commitments and conferencing/events business for all Peermont properties within the designated portfolio.
    • Manage specific key accounts, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Engage in telesales and cold calling to source new business within allocated market segments.
    • Negotiate rates and availability with the Group Sales Manager as needed to meet sales objectives.
    • Achieve monthly and combined quarterly targets for the designated portfolio.

    Key Requirements:

    • 3 years of related sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, travel, airline, or car rental sector.
    • An established database and strong relationships with decision-makers in the relevant market.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications such as Salesforce.com.
