Travel & Tourism Company | Agency based in Umhlanga Surroundings, is seeking a dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join their team

Salary:
Basic R9 000 (TCTC) plus Commission


Trading Hours:
Retail Working Hours Monday - Friday: 08h30 - 17h00, also work 2 Saturdays & 1 Sunday per monthSaturday: 09h00 - 15h00 Sunday: 09h00 - 12h00 (Overtime is paid for weekend work)

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years experience in a Travel Sales Industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong sales and customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure and to tight deadlinesProficient in the use of reservation systems, such as Amadeus is advantageousPassion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinationsAbility to work weekends and public holidays is needed.

Traceable references, clear criminal record & ITC.


MatricResponsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referralsDesign and sell customized travel itineraries to meet individual travel preferences, budgets, and needsProvide expert advice on travel destinations, including visas and travel insuranceMaximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting the company's preferred partnersMaintain accurate records and client details, using the company's operational systemsManage customer complaints and queries in an efficient and professional mannerKeep up-to-date with industry trendsOnly candidates with the necessary experience will be considered.
