Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating the delivery process of goods within specified timelines
- Collaborating with suppliers and delivery services to optimize logistics
- Developing the courier service: recruiting, training, and motivating staff
- Quality control of deliveries, analyzing and resolving issues as they arise
- Tracking and processing orders, ensuring timely dispatch
- Working with customers to confirm delivery addresses and resolve any issues
- Compiling reports on work progress and providing recommendations for process improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics or delivery
- Knowledge of warehouse processes
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing personnel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under highpressure conditions
Salary:
