    Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking

    To grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers aligned to segment value propositions and initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Type of Qualification: First Degree (NQF7)

    Field of Study: Business Commerce

    Experience Required

    • A minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen in the Financial Services industry.
    • Sound knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures relating to customer transactions.
    • Ability to analyse customer needs by engaging with them, understanding their personal financial objectives and current financial position.
    • Proactively promote a relationship-based offering through a primary point of contact, meeting client expectations by providing personalized financial solutions aligned to the client value proposition.
    • Prepare and submit quality credit applications for evaluation and/or approval by Credit, where required, or oversee the preparation of credit applications. Conduct credit reviews as necessary.
    • Analyse clients' financial information and develop solutions to address their needs and requirements.
    • Ensure that all clients in the portfolio meet segmentation criteria based on defined parameters.
