We are looking for individuals to join our dynamic team as a Financial Services Advisor Trainee, where you will receive comprehensive training, flexible hours, and a pathway to becoming a qualified professional advisor.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand financial products, services, and regulations through a structured training program.
Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients in managing their financial portfolios.
Conduct financial needs analysis to identify suitable solutions for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular followups.
Collaborate with senior advisors to gain practical insights and enhance your expertise.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and financial news.

Requirements:

Minimum of a diploma in finance, business, or related field.
Class of business in Long Term and Investment products (preferrable but not essential)
RE 5 (preferrable but not essential)
No previous financial planning experience necessary but will be beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Access to reliable transportation for travel between Umhlanga and the greater Durban area.
Access to a laptop or smartphone for remote work and client communication.
Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
