    Key Responsibilities:

    Sourcing

    Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the business requirements, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

    Candidate Screening

    Evaluate and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, capabilities, and skills. Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.

    Stakeholder Management

    Develop strong relationships with various stakeholders, providing valuable insights on industry trends and emerging best practices.

    Reporting

    Deliver monthly reports and track recruitment metrics, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains in the recruitment process.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology.

    Experience:

    A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process.

    Skills and Competencies:

    Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.
