In the Site Administrator role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Delivery Team. You will typically report to the site Manager. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would like to have a word with you


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily and weekly progress reports
  • Capturing of accruals/timesheets
  • Issuing of warnings to staff
  • Roll call of employees on site
  • Attending meetings with client
  • Make sure staff is on site when scheduled to work
  • Conduct uniform checks and make sure staff is always wearing the correct PPE
  • Terminations of site staff
  • Do floor walks regularly
  • Report and assist with IOD
  • Booking transport for employees on site
  • Scheduling of employee shifts

Requirements:


  • Grade 1
  • Tertiary education in logistics/supply chain management
  • 3 years + experience in a logistics/supply chain environment
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in excel, while working with data sets, Knowledge of Vlookup, and Pivot tables
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Own vehicle and driver's license
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
