Description
In the Site Administrator role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Delivery Team. You will typically report to the site Manager. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would like to have a word with youDuties and Responsibilities
- Daily and weekly progress reports
- Capturing of accruals/timesheets
- Issuing of warnings to staff
- Roll call of employees on site
- Attending meetings with client
- Make sure staff is on site when scheduled to work
- Conduct uniform checks and make sure staff is always wearing the correct PPE
- Terminations of site staff
- Do floor walks regularly
- Report and assist with IOD
- Booking transport for employees on site
- Scheduling of employee shifts
Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Tertiary education in logistics/supply chain management
- 3 years + experience in a logistics/supply chain environment
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in excel, while working with data sets, Knowledge of Vlookup, and Pivot tables
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Own vehicle and driver's license
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
