Description
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Taking calls

Acceptance of quotes and creating resulting job cards

Arranging sub-contractor access and service dates with clients when management in meetings

Filing

Vehicles - Schedule - Repairs, booking of servicing and new vehicles

Company equipment check out/in

Logging of calls from clients

Fault Log Quotes created by technicians

Ad-hoc Quotes

Follow Up on old Quotes (First week of every month)

Relative Admin

Service sheets filed, scanned and sent to the client

Internal Job Card / Timesheet comparison

Receiving of equipment and marking as per job/quote

Follow up on orders from Clients

Refrigeration/installation quoting

Refrigeration Stock taking and inventory list

Checking of all service sheets


Requirements:

Matric

Tertiary Qualification will be adv.

2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role

Computer Literacy - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good understanding of the construction industry


Skills:
Good relationship building skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Team player and deadline driven

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Experience from the construction / engineering / LPG industry will be highly adv. This position is available immediately.


Salary:
R14, R15,000.00 per month
